Bed & Breakfast Accomodation

Confirmation of reservation

First night deposit is required to confirm reservation, the remaining amount will be charged directly by the hotel upon check-in.  Invoice that will serve as confirmation letter of accommodation, will be sent to all delegates, upon receipt of the relevant payment. Hotel check-in time is 02.00 p.m. or later. Please notify late arrival!
Check-out time is 12.00 p.m. All extra expenses must be settled directly with the hotel prior to departure.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations/modifications must be made in writing by letter, fax or e-mail to Endogroup International.
For cancellations received by Endogroup International until March 31, 2010 only the first night will be non refundable.
After this date, the remaining amount (inclusive of all taxes) will be charged by the hotel upon arrival. In case of no-show no refund will be made.
