* Are considered as "Fellows" those who are enrolled in an accredited fellowship program and will finish their training before July 1,2013. The fellows who fulfill the above requirement qualify for a reduced registration fee.
Young Investigators are those born on or after September 3, 1975 who have finished fellowship training and are currently pursuing an interest in basic or clinical research.

 

* Graduate students are those that attend a graduate program to obtain advanced  academic degrees (MS, PhD, MD, DVM, DDS).

To be registered for the Congress as graduate student at the lower fixed rate of $95, it is necessary to submit a signed letter as a pdf file from the Dean, program Director, or primary scientific Advisor, indicating the graduate student status. Confirmation of registration

 

Invoice, that will serve as confirmation letter of registration, will be sent to all delegates upon receipt of the relevant payment.

 

Cancellation and refunds


Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat Endogroup International.  No refund will be made after July 15th 2010. All amounts will be reimbursed after the congress.

Endogroup International is the official italian agency authorised to deal with the Italian Health Authorities for the CME Credits.
